FCD PPM setting

FCD available: My_HP No.#1,#2,#3,#4,#5

    PPM (Parts Per Million) calculation example:

    PPM=(1-(144.660/144.647))*1000000=-90
    PPM=(1-(431.040/431.001))*1000000=-90

    Since the initial value of PPM was -21.0
    then my PPM=-21.0-90.0=-111.0

[Supplement]

The operation of SDR# requires the accurate setting of PPM value.
In addition, I am automatically tracking the many satellite using
Orbitron and DDE in (2). And I am particularly tracking 2.4GHz of
DTUsat-2 or HORYU-4 by manual operation using sdrtocal.xls in (3).
