Meteor-M N2 signal ?

In the setting of FCD, I can set up to about 100000Hz (100kHz)
of an upper limit of 'Filter bandwidth' in WFM. It's desirable
to use FCD or RTL-SDR in order to receive Meteor-M N2 signal.

Hi, for those who have a DONGLE RTL2832 has the ability to capture and
view images in high resolution LRPT of the new Russian satellite called
METEOR-M2 frequency 137.100 MHz, broadcasts are received and recorded in
DIGITAL BASEBAND so with the software SDRSHARP, the generated WAV audio
files sampled at 90 KHz go 'converted with AUDACITY to 130 KHz and saved
again, this WAV files will be processed by the software LRTPRX.exe that
generates and saves the files in RAW format, the files will be processed
as soon as decoded by softwarte LRPTOFFLINEDECODER.exe that restiuira'
image color RGB format BITMAP. The decoding process sounds complicated,
in reality once you're comfortable, operations will become simpler and
faster, down the vital parameters and settings for the decoding of high
resolution images. For test I used a dongle rtl2832 chip R820T, as the
antenna QFH Paintings Spinning propeller with only 7 meters of cable
H-155, good reception at all.

cavo H-155, buone ricezioni a tutti.

[Update]
'LRPToffLineDecoder' was updated to '2014.11.13.0014.zip', and this file
be able to download at the following Russian site.
http://meteor.robonuka.ru/for-experts/new-lrpt-analizer/
When you unzip it, two files of exe and ini files are generated.
There are the need to modify two places in this ini file. You rewrite
in the 7,8 line of the above in this ini file. Then you disable it
with a semi-colon (;) at the beginning of this line.
And you rewrite a line of 'path = .....' at the bottom in this file to
suit your PC environment as the following example.
path=c:\Program Files\meteor2\LRTPRX\z
The received file from Meteor-M N2 is first converted by Audacity.exe
and LrptRx.exe, and there is a need for cumbersome process of applying
it to this LRPToffLineDecoder.
This time, I tried to analyze test of 'LRPToffLineDecoder_2014.11.13.0014'.
Sound source that was used to experiment is the raw file received by
JA0CAW on 20 Oct, 2014. You can be downloaded from the following Dropbox
site. Because it is the raw file after it has finished the conversion by
Audacity and LrptRx software, you will be able to apply this raw file
immediately to this LRPToffLineDecoder.
Once LRPToffLineDecoder starts, you press the button 72K. After you
select 'all(*.*)', the analysis will begin when you select this raw file.
The result of the analysis is shown below. When you press Generate RGB-
Save button at the end, it is taken as a BMP or JPG file in your PC.

I could confirm that 'LRPToffLineDecoder_2014.11.13.0014' works correctly.

READ_ME.txt:
I recommend you read the Installation section of the User Guide.
If you don't do so, at least follow these instructions:
Unzip the freqmanager.zip file to a convenient folder.
* DO NOT unzip it to the SDR# folder for this will cause the plugin
installation to fail.
Please run program PluginsSetup.exe to install the plugins.
* DO NOT install the documentation to the SDR# folder.
If the installer has no Next, Back, or Cancel buttons displayed, this
is often because the screen's DPI (screen dots per inch) is set higher
than 100%. Temporarily reduce the DPI to 100% and run the installer.
Thank you for using my plugins!
