We would like to introduce our products that are machined from ingots of materials such as titanium, aluminum, and iron.
These are products produced using the leading machining center technology and cutting edge in 3D CAD/CAM.

Pure Titanium Shogi Pieces and Shogi Boards

We machine game pieces one by one by using a ball end mill. The surfaces of the pieces are given a hairline finish. Each square in the shogi board is rendered by cutting horizontally or vertically. Its expression varies as reflected light changes depending on the viewing angle.
Displayed in the Men’s Study on the 10th floor of the Tokyu Hands Nagoya store.
We will manufacture according to your desired piece size, writing style, board size and the like.

Machined Titanium Falcon

We do 3D CAD modeling and machining of a falcon designed by Masaki Sano, creator of the mother of pearl textile in Kyoto.

Profile of Masaki Sano
Since 1990, has had 17 personal exhibitions presenting new work in Tokyo’s Ginza district.
In 2003, published in the magazine Bijutsu Gahou.
Sano’s original, creative style has breathed new life into Nishijin textiles and gained a strong reputation for his studio.

Pokemon: Metal Regigigas

We machine the shape after it is modeled using 3D CAD.
For in-house training purposes, we try our hands at machining the Pokemon Regigigas.
We use a figure of Regigigas as a reference.
About 100 hours of 3D CAD modeling and machining are required.
