2. Press-work concept proposal

We propose a concept based on the product plans we have received. We carefully consider the optimal process to fully respond to your wishes. In addition, we also consult with you regarding optimal product shapes and excess weights that may be necessary in the presswork.

3. Estimate and delivery date consultation

We produce a die estimate using a die estimate system we developed in-house, based on the final product shape and an optimal pressworking process. At the same time we provide a delivery date for the production of the die.

4. Contract

When we receive your approval of the payment amount and delivery date, we issue an order sheet.

5. Die design

We propose a concept based on the product plans we received.
We carefully consider the optimal process to fully respond to your wishes.
After completing the process layout and die plans and checking the plans, we arrange for the die materials.

6. Die production

We produce the die components through means such as machining, NC wire electric discharge machines, and 3D CAD/CAM. After that, we put together the die components, confirm the consistency of the lower die and the upper die, and carry out final adjustments.

7. Presswork and trials

Using the customer’s or our internal press machinery, we carry out trials with the die, confirm the shape and accuracy of the pressed products, and run a cross-check with the product plans. We change the pressworking conditions and carry out adjustments in the die, while implementing modifications to the die components as needed, until the pressed products reach a high level of quality.

8. Delivery of the die

We deliver the die to the customer. After delivery we continue to accept repair and maintenance orders.
