Industry-Academia Research CollaborationCONCEPT

Research and Development

In order to improve press die manufacturing technology at our company, we have carried out research in collaboration with Doshisha University and presented at various conferences. In addition to our particular objective of building digital manufacturing systems, we have done research regarding the search for vision-based manufacturing technology as well as research on the creation of artistic forms utilizing knowledge of camera vision-based digital manufacturing so that sculptors can create artistic works. Moreover, we have also carried out research and development on a sustainable manufacturing system using bamboo fiber for the purpose of environment protection.

Cooperation with Prof. Hirogaki of the Faculty of Science and Technology at Doshisha University

CEO

We receive regular guidance on die-related manufacturing technology and research and development methods from Dr. Toshiki Hirogaki, Professor in the Department of Energy and Mechanical Engineering in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Doshisha University.
In addition, because Professor Hirogaki is a leading expert on research regarding solutions to the environmental problems confronted by the manufacturing industry, we are receiving guidance regarding our intention to become an eco-factory.
