This year 2022, in addition to the regular size Shimikonnyaku for face washing, we are also making a larger Shimi-konnyaku for washing the body.

More than a month has passed since the rice was planted, and the rice is growing well and
vigorously. During this period, the paddy fields are drained for about a week.
This allows the roots of the rice to go underground and grow stronger.
The underground stem then becomes stronger and grows more when the paddy field
is filled with water.
