Sophie Zelmani
Introduction
日本での表記はソフィー・セルマーニ。スウェーデンから'95年にシングルAlways Youでデビューし、これまでに９作のアルバムを発表している。現在４１歳。呟くような（しかし表現力に溢れる）歌い方と繊細さを感じさせる歌詞が特徴で、曲調はアコースティックでソフトなものが多い。ルックスもキュート。デビューアルバムは日本でも翌年にかけて１０万枚以上売る大ヒットとなった。
'96の６月末〜７月初頭には来日公演を行った。'98年3月にPrecious Burden、'99年11月にTime to Kill、'02年1月にSing and Dance、'03年12月にLove Affairをリリースし、'05年11月には初めてのベストアルバム、A Decade of Dreamsをリリースした。'07年2月にMemory Loves You、'08年9月にThe Ocean and Me、'10年２月にI'm the Rain、そして'11年１１月には現在のところの最新作であるSoulをリリースした。
