What is WiSP ?

WiSP is a new satellite communication program running on Windows95,
98, Me, and XP wrote by Chris Jackson / G7UPN.

WiSP consist of seven programs such as  GSC.EXE, MSPE.EXE,
VIEW-DIR.EXE, MSGMAKER.EXE, PROCMAIL.EXE, MSGVIEW.EXE, UPDKEPS.EXE.
The main program is GSC.EXE, and the other programs are running on GSC.

The latest version 'WiSP3215' is available at the following URL,
