I received it using SDR#1500 with RTL-SDR and tracked frequency manually with my wrote "sdrtocal.xls" file. The setting of SDR# was USB, and the frequency was set to about -4 kHz from the file's value. The figure on the upper right shows the reception by full automatic tracking of the frequency and antenna at 01:22 UTC, 5 Mar 2017, using Calsat32 + Orbitron + SDR#1500 + RTL-SDR.
