Pigs in Seattle

I don't know why, but there are so many pig objects in the town of Seattle. I asked the Japanese tour guide, who conducted "Twin Peaks Tour" for us, the reason, but he answered "I don't know." Do Americans know the reason? Anyway, I saw pigs here and there... in total, I think that I saw dozens of pigs.
I had associated pigs with some bad images before. For example, when children quarreled with each other, or called each other, "Pig!" or, people say that "He or she looks like a pig." refering to a fat person, and so on. However, a long time ago, when I saw a film, "Just a gigolo", David Bowie held a pig in his arms in the film and she looked really pretty. Then, I became a fan of pigs! After that, I began to think that we shouldn't liken them to bad or bad-looking things.
I probably heard that some English people keep pigs as their pets. I like pigs, so I feel sympathy for English people again!
Here, I'll show you some pig objects which I saw in the town of Seattle. If you know why there are a lot of pigs there, please tell me the reason. I really want to know!

A pig is on the roof of "Starbucks". I heard
that this is the birthplace of "Starbucks".
Buildings in the town of Seattle. Oh,
can you notice a pig right hand side?
(This photo was taken by Atsuko, my
cousin. )
This pig looks as if he loves to cook. Just like me! I feel sympathy for him.

Don't you think that she
looks pretty from her
back too?
What is it?
The wolf in front looks like
a wolf in the childrens tale, "Little Red Riding Hood".
