ラーメンがハンバーガーに変更されている理由はこれまでも述べているとおり、英語版では真宵の好物が変更になったため。

どっちもpushを使っているというオチ。

「Mystic Maya」は英語版で、春美などが真宵を呼ぶ時の「真宵さま」に当たるフレーズ。
英語版逆転裁判のタイトルは「Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Spirit of Justice」のように、「（主人公の名前）: Ace Attorney （サブタイトル）」というのが通例で、「Mystic Maya Fey, Ace Spirit Medium」はそれをもじったもの。

が由来ではないか？　ということで、意訳すると「よくもまあ、長ったらしくてもったいぶった名前なんだろう。」
