This is, however, a sort of experiment, since it does not contain all the filters 32bit Pixia has, nor does TWAIN work properly yet.
Also, please note that 32bit filters will not work with this 64bit program, so importing the filters from 32bit Pixia may lead to malfunctioning. (17 Oct. 2015)

Other Pixia Notes

Updated: Pixia ver. 5 is merged into ver. 6.

Pixia ver. 5 has discontinued since now ver. 6 has taken over all the functions ver. 5 had.

To Windows Vista, 7 and 8 users who are having a fatal error problem using Pixia or Phierha:

It may be due to the privilege given to the installation folder. Try right–clicking "dirset.exe" in the folder, and choose "Run as Administrator" just once. This might solve the problem. The current installers of English Editions are now equipped with a new function to reduce the possible occurrence of the problem.

To those having a crash handling PXA and/or JPEG format:

It may be due to the incompatibility between the exif information contained in the new version and that in the older versions. If you encounter problems handling the file saved by older versions or the files from digital cameras, please delete the exif information by [View]–[Delete Exif Information] and check if the program can handle the file correctly.
