UISS on Windows10 and LINUX

As a prelude to installing the UISS application on Windows10, I first installed AGWPE application.
I just can't save the items set in Properties. So I pasted the backup old AGWPE.INI and port0.INI
into AGWPE folder, and the setting items could be saved. As I realized later, in the case of Windows10,
it might have been better to give the user the right as "Folder-Right click-Properties-Security-Full control".

At first, I was trying to set "AGWPE + UISS", but since setting "Soundmodem + UISS" is easier
on Windows10, so I will move to this method, 2 Aug 2021.

Copy all UISS folder installed on Windows10 to a USB memory stick and paste them into "LINUX .wine drive_c"
as they are. Then add a line in the specified format to "HOME .bashrc" and restart LINUX. Then, as usual,
start UISS from the Terminal application. The bold attempt is to copy the folder as is. When UISS starts
on LINUX, you need to make various settings again. See below for "wine, bashrc", etc.
