UISS setting up APRS satellite

Supplement

If you can't decode even though strong signal, then change the value in
AGWPE - Properties - Port - Options - Soundcard Clock, (ex. 2)

It may be put a Resistor between Capacitor and DATA_IN so as not to have trouble.
