CubeSats Deployment From ISS Set for September 27

Five cubesats launched on July 21 and now aboard the ISS have been integrated with
the J-SSOD small satellites deployer on the the Japanese Experiment Module, also known
as Kibo. They will be deployed with the Kibo robotic arm planned September 27, 2012.

First,  15:10-15:20 UTC: Order of WE-WISH, RAIKO by Astronaut Akihiko Hoshide
Second, 16:30-16:40 UTC: Order of TechEdSat, NanoRack/F-1, FITSAT-1 by JAXA GS

* JAXA says,
  The deployment of CubeSats were planned on September 27. But it was postponed
  under the influence of the separation postponement of ATV-3. We are examining
  it now about the release enforcement day after the postponement.

* ISS_KIBO CubeSats deployment Update
  4th October 2012,
  First,  14:30-14:40 UTC: Order of WE-WISH, RAIKO by Astronaut Akihiko Hoshide
  Second, 15:35-15:45 UTC: Order of TechEdSat, NanoRack/F-1, FITSAT-1 by JAXA GS

  The deployment of five CubeSats from the International Space Station (ISS)
  should take place on Thursday, October 4 commencing with the first pod
  at 14:30 UT and the second at 15:35 UT. It is planned to broadcast the
  deployment live on the web. October 4 is also the 55th anniversary of
  the launch of the first satellite Sputnik-1.
