DSLWP-B sample JT4G decoding

WSJT10 install on Windows10

1. Activate WSJT once and exit immediately.

2. Open WSJT.INI that automatically generated, and edit MyCall and MyGrid directly.

3. I run WSJT10 from wsjt.bat and confirmed that the setting was reflected.

K1JT/Joseph Taylor who developed WSJT is an American astrophysicist and astrophysicist
who won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1993. He discovered a new type binary pulsar, and
he showed that the revolution cycle becomes shorter while neutron stars lose energy by
releasing gravitational waves, indirectly proving the existence of Einstein's predicted
gravity waves. WSJT (Weak Signal communication by K1JT) is known as digital communication
software developed for the purpose of weak signal communication such as EME.

Because the sensitivity is low as it is, I amplified using Audacity.

> "Wsjt -> File -> Open" and selekt WAV, by JA0CAW

Using this method, the decoding rate is 100% in the original wav file that JA0CAW received.
Note: The ensitivity is too strong with #1 wav, so if you set "Wsjt-> File-> Open", then
WSJT will stop working, so be careful. In #2 weak wav, it decodes 100%.

"unins000.exe" trouble on Windows10

To replace WSJT program with the latest version, after uninstalling from the control panel,
only one "unins000.exe" remained in the folder. Even using dangerous tasks such as task_manager
or registry_editor (regedit.exe), the message "It can not be deleted because the onother program
is open" is displayed, and it has fallen into a situation where it can not be deleted.
There is no actual damage, but I am curious. Place two files 'unins000.exe' and 'unins000.dat'
side by side in a folder, and I was able to delete these two files together by manually deleting
them without executing "unins000.exe".
