　　例えば、結婚した外国人配偶者の呼び寄せの為, 日本人の夫または妻が
　　在留資格認定証明書の交付申請を管轄の出入国在留管理局にします。
　　交付を受けたら外国人配偶者が居住する国の日本国領事館
　　大使館でビザ申請する際提示します。
　　ただし100%ビザが発給される保証がされる訳ではありません。
　　日本国内で結婚された外国人は在留資格の変更許可を申請します。

　 短期滞在の目的で親族を呼ぶ場合はその人の国にある日本の領事館へ短期ビザの申請を
　　することになります。

　　As to the invitation of spouse to Japan;
　　1. You file the application of certificate of eligibility of spouse to immigration
　　 　 Japan.
　　2. You give the eligibility card to your spouse there to him/her.
　　3. Your spouse is to file the visa application to the Japanese embassy or consulate in
　　　 his /her country.
　　 　 If marry here in Japan, your spouse applies visa statsus change to the immigration
　　 　Japan.

　　As to the invitation of your relative to Japan.
　 　1. You file the application of visa to the Japanese Consulate in his/her country.
