　 日本人と離別、離婚したら外国人配偶者は日本に在留する理由がなくなり在留資格（ビザ）の
　　更新ができません。
　　 2週間以内に出入国在留管理局に届出なければなりません。
　 　6か月以上別居が続いている場合正当な理由がなけれが更新が難しくなります。
　　ただし、日本人配偶者との間に生まれた子供を扶養している場合や在留条件等により
　　定住者の在留資格がが与えられます。
　　

　　If you divorce from Japanese spouse, in usually you can't be
　　allowed the visa extension except for following case.
　
　　1. You have a Japanese child who is taken cared by you.
　　2. You have been lived many years of wedded life in Japan.
　　 　On above case, you have a chance to get long term resident visa status.

　 You have to inform your separation to the immigration within 2 weeks if you get
　　divorce ｆｒｏｍｓｐｏｕｓｅ　ｏｆ　Ｊａｐａｎｅｓｅ　ｏｒ　ｐｅｒｍａｎｅｎｔ．
　 Further more, people who is s spouse of Japanese or spouse of permanent visa,
　　if separating more than 6 months each other, becoming hard visa’ｓ　ｅｘｔｅｎｓｉｏｎ．
