パーシヴァル家に伝わるメモによると次の通りです。ただし年代の部分だけを多少書き換えてあります。 例えば、1856年は原文では "31. Dec. 1856. (N. Years Eve 1857)" などとなっています。 原文の解読が難しい個所はパーシヴァル夫人に問い合わせました。紙上でお礼申し上げます。
