あぁぁ〜、今年は一体何枚のCDを買ったんだろう？？
毎年、この10枚を選ぼうとするとき、
この現実に改めて直面するのです。
いま向かっているパソコンの横には、
山のように積み上げられたCDがそびえ立っているんだから。
そして、ふとした拍子にそれが崩れ落ちたときの切なさといったら、
涙なしには語れません…。
悔い改めよ、この人生を！
って、オレは一体なにを書いてるんだ？
はい。すいません。今年も10枚選んでみました。
まず、結果的に、ジャパニーズはゼロでした…。
申し訳ない…。
でも！今年は豊作でしたねぇ！
特に新人シンガーソングライターが豊作でした。
その中でもいちばん気に入ってしまったのが
堂々の第１位に輝くJason
Mraz（ジェイソン・ムラーズ）です。
楽しいんですよねぇ、聴いてて♪
肩の力の抜け具合がちょうどいいんですわ。こいつ。
第２位は、祝復活！Sarah
McLachlan（サラ・マクラクラン）。
オンナは強し、そしてハハはさらに強し！
より深みを増して帰ってまいりました！
第３位は、激渋ユニットThe
Thorns（ザ・ソーンズ）。
バリバリのカントリーを、この超絶ハーモニーで
みなさんにお楽しみいただきたいと思います。
そして、いつものレビューのコーナーで紹介していない
アルバムが一枚だけあります。
それはLinkin
Park（リンキン・パーク）の『Meteora』です。
この手のアメリカン・ヘヴィ・ロックを
わたくし、少し毛嫌いしていたところがあるんですが、
その偏見はこのバンドには通用しませんでした！
ちょっと！そこのアンタ！かっこいいじゃないの！！
目からウロコでしたね。こりゃすげぇよ。

ちょうど今、サイモンとガーファンクルのアルバムが
紙ジャケットで再発されてて、よく聴いてるんですけども、
いいねぇ。いいよ。すごくいいんです。
いい音楽は時代を軽々と超えちゃいます。
いいものは、いつ聴いてもいいんですよ！
今年ここに挙げたアーティストたちが、
これからも良い音楽を作り続け、
時代の荒波に飲み込まれてしまわないように。
オレの願いはそれだけです。
おまえら全員、絶対に死ぬんじゃないぞ！
オレより先に死ぬんじゃねぇぞ。
頼む。マジで。
