英語版では「per eyeball」と付いているので、「片目ずつ金を取ってやるわよ！」または「目の数だけ金を取ってやるわよ！」。

日本では「青二才」のように、経験の浅いことを「青」で表すことがあるが、英語では緑、つまりgreenで表す。
なので、上のやりとりは、
Edgeworth「8年経っても未熟（＝green）だな」
Judge「緑？　しかしMr. Wrightというと青いスーツしか思い出しませんな」
Phoenix（ぼくは青が一番好きな色なんだよ！　何とつっこめばいいんだ）

EdgeworthはPoncoをPankoと間違える。

「ヘソで風呂が沸いちまわァ」が「笑いすぎで死んじまわァ」に。

ユガミ
それが法廷のルールってもんだ。

right, Chief Prosecutor?

英語版ではEdgeworthのことを「Chief Prosecutor（検事局長）」と呼んでいる。

ココネ
夕神さん。お願いです。
わたしにチャンスをくれませんか？
Athena
Simon, please give me this chance!

このあたりからAthenaがBlackquillのことを名前で呼ぶようになる。

ナルホド
（普通、そう何度もツジツマの合う
　ウソなんてつけないよな）
（ユガミ検事。なんて頭脳と

ユガミ検事の尋問中、ひとつ目のバッドエンディングがあるが、内容は日本版とほぼ同じ。

Edgeworthのツッコミが、「この世界でおまえだけには私の美的感覚を非難されたくないッ！」

Yes...! The mask... It was my mom's Japanese
theater mask!

ココネ
少し、ブキミなお面でした。
昔‥‥お母さんが言ってたんです。
“能”の役者は、面をカブることで
“亡霊”にもなれるんだって。
Athena
It was kind of spooky, that mask. My mom
used to tell me...
...that a Noh mask even has the power to turn
an ordinary human being into a phantom.

「能面」は説明も兼ねて、最初は「Japanese theater mask」、次は「Noh mask」となっている。
