Apr. 16, 2002 --- Summer?
1. It's hot, HOT! These days the temperature keeps nearly 70 degrees, as hot as I started to use my fan yesterday for the first time in this season. Further, it's specially hot today! Around at exact time of this picture, today's high temperature was recorded. It was 92 degrees at 2:33 p.m. Phew! This is on Park Ave. in upper east, Manhattan. |

4. Ice creams sell like hotcakes. Hi, little girl, what kind of ice creams are you gonna get? |

5. Excerpted from The April 17 edition New York Times (It's funny): "Hello, Boss, My Mother Is Ill, and I Won't Be In This Afternoon" As the temperature climbed to 92 degrees yesterday, hundreds of Manhattan workers spent their lunch hour taking the sun on the Bryant Park lawn behind the New York Public Library. The modes of undress ranged from jacketless businessmen to the shirtless, shoeless and sockless. |

Apr. 17, 2002 --- 96 degrees!

1. It's very hot in a row. When I leave my apartment at around 10 a.m., the temperature is already 89 degrees. I go out in short sleeves, short pants and sandals. And then I find lovely flowers in midtown. Oh, it's in front of Pokemon Center. They opened late last year. Now, I searched their official Web site and found it here. |

2. They are... crocuses? Ah, they are tulips, too, as a friend of mine says. Ha-ha. |
3. Later, I go to Hunter College. These pictures may recall you our school lives in Theatre Class, especially those who are out of New York. Sorry it's not good picture because I'm tired with this weather... |

4. The sun shine doesn't come here. I wanna take a rest here a little bit more... Just around this time, the temperature raises up to 96 degrees high at 1:53 p.m. as today's maximum. |

Apr. 18, 2002 --- Very Summer
1. It's already 75 degrees in early morning. The forecast of NY1: New York One - a local broadcasting, says today's temperature is going up to 87 degrees. It should be very hot again. |

2. Nobody is wearing jacket, of course, but only until a week ago, we were wearing jackets, really! See the pictures of April 6's! According to New York Weather by Newsday, Inc., today's maximum was 91 degrees at 2:57 p.m. And, uh? The minimum was 76 degrees at 6:56 a.m. This minimum is a contradiction with NY1. Hummmm... |
