Process

Concept Design

The design stage involves studying the outline of the project, clarifying the requirements of the clients, developing rough sketches, and providing concept images to show the clients.

Schematic Design

The lighting plan and the selection of light fittings are based on the concept design. It is prepared by the analysis of CG simulation, physical calculations, and the consideration of visual comfort and the objective aspect.

We regard our CG simulations as providing important visual information, to confirm that the lighting design is suitable for a project or not. It incorporates the physically correct data, the full scale model of the architecture, optical data of the light fittings, and the surface factors of the materials.

It enables us to provide the actual photometric and physical specifications of the light fittings, so as to conform to the clients’ requirements before installation.

Design Development

The layout and details of the light fittings are provided to the clients, architects and interior designers.

Construction Supervision

To ensure that the lighting design is implemented properly, as on the approved plans, we conduct regular on-site inspections during installation.
