   Thanks for your corporation and support to ICADD11.

   We are planning the Welcome Reception on August 27th, held on the dinner cruise of beautiful Hakata Bay, a banquet on August 28th, held in the Hotel Nikko Fukuoka and lunch boxes for three days (27th, 28th and 29th). All participants and their companions are invited to attend these events. In order to determine the number of each event, we would like to ask you to make the confirmation for each event. Please return the attached answer sheet before August 15th.

   Please notice the following things:

   (1) It is assumed that you will not attend any event if no answer before August 15th;
   (2) An additional fee is needed for each event (The receipt of the sum with the registration fee will be available if required);
   (3) A favorable set price is provided as follows
       5,000 Japanese Yen for a registered participant (Reception, Banquet and lunch boxes)
     15,000 Japanese Yen for a companion (Reception and Banquet)
     18,000 Japanese Yen for a companion (Reception, Banquet and lunch boxes).
