We can use "wisp-tlm.exe" on WiSP32 to decode UO-22 telemetry by
following the technical procedure. This "wisp-tlm.exe" work normally
on Windows98/Me/XP.
(1) Save "wisp.ini" used for WiSP16 in "C:/windows".
I put the sample file of this "wisp.ini" in the following URL.

(2) Copy "wisp-tlm.exe", "kitsat2.cfg", "kitsat2.pag" in "C:/wisp".
This "wisp-tlm.zip" is available on the following web,

(3) GSC - Setup - Programs - Menu Title - "Wisp-Tlm"
Startup Directory - "C:/wisp"
Program Name - "wisp-tlm.exe"
This "Menu Title" in the Windows-XP mirrors only one letter
into the left diarogue box. But the "wisp-tlm.exe" work normally
on Windows98/Me/XP.
(4) GSC - Setup - Satellite Setup - "UO-22" - Edit -
- General - TLM Config File - "C:/wisp/uo5tlm.cfg"
and set "Satellite Type" - "PacSat"
"Broadcast Callsign" - "UOSAT5-11"
(5) GSC - Setup - Satellite Setup - "UO-22" - Edit -
- MSPE Settings - General - (Check)LOG Telemetry frames
(6) GSC - Programs - "Wisp-Tlm" - Telemetry - Select Satellite -
- "UO-22" - Telemetry - Playback File - "UO-22" -
- (ex.)"21113u22.tlm" - Window - Communications - Telemetry - Play
