How to decode UO-22 telemetry

We can use "wisp-tlm.exe" on WiSP32 to decode UO-22 telemetry by
following the technical procedure. This "wisp-tlm.exe" work normally
on Windows98/Me/XP.

(1) Save "wisp.ini" used for WiSP16 in "C:/windows".
I put the sample file of this "wisp.ini" in the following URL.
    http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/wisp-ini.htm

(2) Copy "wisp-tlm.exe", "kitsat2.cfg", "kitsat2.pag" in "C:/wisp".
This "wisp-tlm.zip" is available on the following web,
and the CFG files are in this zip file.
    http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/CSER/UOSAT/amateur/software/wisp.html

(3) GSC - Setup - Programs - Menu Title - "Wisp-Tlm"
                             Startup Directory - "C:/wisp"
                             Program Name - "wisp-tlm.exe"

This "Menu Title" in the Windows-XP mirrors only one letter
into the left diarogue box. But the "wisp-tlm.exe" work normally
    on Windows98/Me/XP.
