How to decode SUNSAT(SO-35) telemetry
I received SO-35 tlm data at "Jun 8, 08:47-08:58 UTC" with EXTERM.EXE
And I sorted this data by the term 'T#', '>OBC', and ':BLN'.
[T#:Telemetry] were transmitted every about 10 seconds.
[>OBC:On Board Computer] were transmitted every 1 minute.
[:BLN:Bulletin] were transmitted every 30 seconds.
