TNC241 can be used for all mode ie, FSK, PSK, RTTY, CW, JAS etc. In this TNC241, in addition to FSK mode for the standard 1200 bps satellites, EXT mode is used for 9600 bps satellites, GO-32, AO-51 etc. JAS mode is AFSK-uplink (Manchester code) and PSK-downlink, so this is used for 1200 bps satellites, AO-16, FO-29.
