 1. Install 'TlmEcho Ver 1.0.4' full_package version

 2. Extract and replace to 'TlmEcho Ver 1.1.1' update version
    http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/TlmEcho_EXE_v111.zip

 3. Edit 'CPBINI.txt' similarly the supplement in the following URL,
    http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/ao51tlme.htm

 4. Then run 'TlmEcho Ver1.1.1', and see the following URL,
    http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/ao51tlme.htm
    http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/ao51tlm1.htm
