I could hear a strong CW only one after TCA.

I received 2.4GHz signal after 2 minutes from AOS of 02:05 UTC, 21 Feb 2017,
and I created a real-time AVI movie. I received it using SDR#1500 with RTL-SDR
and tracked frequency manually with my wrote "sdrtocal.xls" file. The setting of
SDR# was USB, and the frequency was set to about -4 kHz from the file's value.

The figure on the upper right shows the reception by full automatic tracking of
the frequency and antenna at 01:22 UTC, 5 Mar 2017, using Calsat32 + Orbitron +
SDR#1500 + RTL-SDR.
