  (145.826 AFSK) at 03:39 UTC 15 Sep 2001.
  This was not decoded with UO11DEM program.
  But I could decode it after the convert as follows.


  (1) SNDREC32.EXE - File - Open - File - Property - Change

         Change from 22050kHz to 11025kHz.

  (2) SNDREC32.EXE - File - Open - Effect - Sound Increase

         Save as a new filename.

  (3) Run UO11DEM.EXE (BETA version)

         Open this wav file.
