Hi Mineo,
    Thank you for posting the URL to the UO-11 wave file.

    I tried to demodulate your 61021u11.wav file with
my UO11DEM.EXE program. It is definitely UO-11 that
is sending the signals. It's good to hear the bird again.

    There is some noise in the recording but after some
audio DSP filtering and changing the sampling rate
of the recording to 9600 samples(*) per second and 8 bits
per sample, then I was able to extract a little data
with UO11DEM.   (*) 9600 samples ---> 8000 samples ?

    After several tries, there appear to be a couple
places where you can see "OSAT-2" or "SAT-2" when
UO-11 sends "UOSAT-2". Mostly the telemetry channels
are zeros.

For example, on one try I got this:

here "EOSAT-2" should be UOSAT-2 but the noise changes the
"U" to "E" and there are more noise characters later on
that line.

Another time I copied:

again you can see places where some noise changes the
data to garbage characters, but mostly the data is
zeros, although this is not a surprise.

And later I got

but in between these few good parts there are more garbage
characters from the noise and only a few good characters
in a row here and there.

More digital signal processing might reveal more of the
data.

Hi All,

last 25th october, I has received UO-11 signals and I can record
a nice pass over Natal HI24jd. I has used mixw to decode telemetry
and results in a lot of text data, show after.
using a yagi 4 elements the signal was constant but never over S-1
(only open SQL).

today 28th the UO-11 pass in silent.

who be interest I can send the total file with 40 telemetry frames
or the audium file.
