(1) Download rec-20100410-2003.mp3 from UNITEC-1 HP
(2) Convert to WAV from MP3
(3) Start - Settings - Control Panel - Sound and Audio Devices
(4) Voice - Recording sound - Volume - Check Wave or Monaural Mixer
(5) Run MixW with RTTY settings
(6) Run WAV file with the sound recoder 'sndrec32.exe'
(7) Then it's decoded automatically as above.
