Online Telemetry Forwarder




The "Online Telemetry Forwarder" software corresponding to all satellites
was developed by DK3WN. The satellites that actually correspond are as follows.

BISONSAT, BUGSAT, CUBEBUG-2, DEORBITSAIL, FIREBIRD-3, FIREBIRD-4, GRIFEX,
MCUBED-2, O/OREOS, POLYITAN, QB50P1, QB50P2, STRAND-1, TIGRISAT, UNISAT-6,
UWE-3, PHONESAT2.4, ZACUBE, XW-2A..2F

This is the system that is transferred the received data directly to PE0SAT server.
Also, the received data will be displayed in real time in ID number of the satellite.
After a further continuation experiment, it's being planned to be open to the public.

Since I obtained the permission of the public of this software from the author DK3WN,
I, JE9PEL will introduce here.  The current version is Ver0.6.0.  Please download at
DK3WN site below and andunzip it.

After rewriting the MYCALL and QTH in the online_conf.ini, put it in the same folder
of tlm_forwarder.exe. The High-Speed SoundModem of UZ7HO start earlier, and run the
tlm_forwarder.exe. And it can be run the decoder of each satellite at the same time.

[TlmForwarder, GetKissPlus, DwForwarder] (Complement 7 years later on 22 May 2023)

Using the above three forwarders, I experimented the operation status on Windows10
and LINUX_Ubuntu, respectively, on the status of sending satellite data to SatNOGS
in my environment.

Although each Forwarder starts and receives data, only Dwforwarder 64bits on
Windows10 can transfer data to SatNOGS correctly, and only GetKissPlus 64bits on
LINUX_Ubuntu can transfer data to SatNOGS correctly.

I corrected the destination address in this way, and checked on the folder in advance,
Right clicking on folder -> Properties -> Security -> Users -> Check -> "Full control".

As a note, in "dwforwarder.cfg" of Windows10_DwForwarder,

And in "conf.ini" of LINUX_Ubuntu_GetKissPlus,
> #path in which the kiss files are written
> FILE_PATH = /home/(user)/.wine/drive_c/getkissplus

I corrected the file_path in this way, and it runs on "LINUX + Wine".
