SRMSAT, Jugnu

The PSLV C-18 Mission is a Grand success. All the four satellites,
Megha-Tropiques, VesselSat-1, SRMSAT, Jugnu were successfully injected
into their precise orbits. The Jugna was injected at 05:56 UT.
India have been successfully placed in orbit at 11:32 Am IST, 12 Oct 2011.

This software were developed by University of Khartoum, India.

 1. Install 'winrar401j.exe'(for Japanese) or 'wrar401.exe'(for English).
 2. Confirm 'MSVCR71.DLL' in your C:\windows\sistem32.
 3. Download 'SRM CW Decoder.rar' from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7PWS7GEA
 4. Wait 44 seconds, then 'Regular download' button are appeared and click!
 5. Install 'SRM CW Decoder.rar'.
 6. Click on Beacon menu in 'SRMVU_Decoder.exe'.
 7. Import a text file that contains SRMVU telemetry data like a next example.

For the record, the TLE we track with us that for object E.
The frequency is 437.275 and TLE defined doppler. I'm in class right now,
so can't look for the specific number. We heard it in 4 and 17 degree
elevation passes, so when it is on, signal strength is probably not an issue.

Our payload turns on whenever we command it to, and downlink is initiated
from the ground. That is on a separate frequency, though, and we aren't
doing it just yet while we try to understand the power situation.

I, JE9PEL think that 'separate frequency' mentioned above is

Jugnu: CW Beacon - 437.275MHz
       Pay load - 437.505MHz

Because there are some reception reports in 437.275MHz.
