Maybe the center frequency of RS-21 is transmitted at 435.340MHz. Now it is flying at an altitude of about 280km or 290km. And I heard CW telemetry from RS-21 at about 145.823MHz, 02:24:00-02:30:00 and 03:56:00-04:03:00 UTC in 2 May, 2002. USUN 129 ... Charge voltage from solar battery 12.9 [V] ISUN 38 ... See for "RS-21 Telemetry decode format", http://www.marex-na.org/fileshtml/rs21sat.html Date: Sat, 04 May 2002 19:10:17 +1000 From: Graham James Hughes To: amsat-bb@amsat.org Subject: [amsat-bb:58337] Flight of RS-21 ended -- The following message from Alex Papkov at Kaluga Ground Control is confirmation that RS-21 has re-entered: "Trajectory calculation of lowering of the microsatellite on the last navigation datas gives its atmospheric entry of the Earth on orbit 711, approximately at 2300(UT) above Pacific Ocean near to shores of the American continent. The microsatellite "Kolibri-2000" with call sign RS-21 successfully has completed the operation and has stopped physical existence." We consider all aspects of this mission to have been a success. Collaboration between Australian high school students, Russian Space scientists and Russian high school students has been a highlight for me. It has been a great adventure.
