I finally found out how to make double quotation with my smartphone (Android).
-> [Alphabet "s" long press]  I can now enter the tags enclosed in double quotation
with my smartphone. So it became possible to display e.g. the red character,
PSAT2 SSTV 435.350MHz.

It is no longer necessary to fine-tune the receive frequency after ID=44355.
In the pass of 11:13 UTC, 2 Jul 2019, the red character of "PSAT-2" was seen
for the first time at the top of the image.
