B.N.Duong and S.Bianca who belong to VNSC(Vietnam National Satellite Center)
and Kyushu Institute of Technology came to my home in Yokohama Japan to see
how to operate the satellite communication on 23 Nov 2013.
Then I demonstrated with them in order to decode XI-V signal.
