Phase-3D satellite was launched from the European Spaceport in Kourou,
French Guiana by Arianespace Flight 135. Date was 01:07 UTC, thursday,
November 16, 2000.

P3D was launched with three other satellites - the large PAS-1R
communications satellite and the smaller STVR-1C and 1D satellites,
all to be placed into a geostationary transfer orbit.

  I recorded a image of P3D MB beacon using 'FFTDSP' program with
  145.897 MHz PSK(USB), 02:05 - 02:10 UTC, 17 Nov 2000.
  I put this GIF image file at the following URL.

  But I couldn't decode 400bps data at this time using
  'P3T.EXE' program and 'PHASE3 400bps PSK DATA DEMODULATOR'.

  Middle  Beacon   145.897 MHz ... strong 400bps beacon PSK(USB) !!!
  General Beacon   435.450 MHz ... probably not ???
