Indonesian LAPAN-ORARI was positioned as LAPAN-A3 after the LAPAN-A2.
But it has been featured as the same LAPAN-A2/ORARI in the AMSAT-UK site.
It is scheduled to be launched by PSLV-C30 rocket on September 28, 2015.

Since the inclination is 8 degrees, it seems not be received at the latitude
32 degrees or more in the region. So it's not possible to see this satellite
in most parts of Japan.

I tried to decode the test beacon of Brazilian ITASAT-1 using Soundmodem
and AgwOnlineKiss. It is scheduled to be launched by Falcon 9 v1.1 Rocket
from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida USA at the end of 2015.
