The launch of IITMSAT, Max Valier, Venta-1 were postponed to May 2017. Launch: Resourcesat-2A Launch vehicle: PSLV-XL C36 Launch date: 04:54 UTC, 7 Dec 2016 Launch site: Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota, India A collection of smaller secondary payloads from India, Italy and Latvia are also aboard the launch with Resourcesat-2A. But the launch of IITMSAT, Max Valier, Venta-1 were postponed. First satellite of Latvia 'Venta-1' is a project by Ventspils Augstskola (Ventspils University College) and few days ago it was asked on their official page when it would be launched. Their reply suggests orbital parameters for PSLV C36 orbit are not suitable for them and next opportunity for them would likely be in May 2017. http://www.isro.gov.in/launcher/pslv-c36-resourcesat-2a http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=40779.msg1563151#msg1563151 http://www.reddit.com/r/ISRO/comments/5fdlg9/it_appears_venta1_satellite_from_latvia_is_not_on/ IITMSAT Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India http://indianspacestation.com/student-initiative/277-iitmsat.html http://iitmsat.iitm.ac.in/ 437.505MHz 19k2 GMSKMax Valier Istituto Tecnologico (TFO/Technologische Fachoberschule), Italy https://amsat-uk.org/2012/08/13/high-school-satellite-max-valier/#more-9657 http://www.satmaxvalier.it/ 145.860/437.325MHz 1k2,9k6,CW
