Fox-1A TLE

There are many receiving reports about BisonSat, Fox-1A.
It seems to used almost the same following GRACE_TLE.

GRACE1, GRACE2, GRACE8

Fox-1A Voice Beacon

PY5LF is a satelliter that came to Japan at home six years ago.
I thought there were many hams were communicating with AO-51 at
that time. There is a photo of my radio room. I'm writing every
day the article in place where he was sitting.

FOX-1A Transponder FM by PY5LF
http://youtu.be/0D4MYNOjRd4

In another YouTube video, I see that talking about as ".... FOX 1"
of Voice Beacon. By the way, the "FM, Telemetry, and Voice" are on
the same frequency 145.980MHz. How I wonder whether switching to that.

> Fox-1A employs Data Under Voice (DUV) to send 200 bps FSK telemetry data
> at the same time as FM audio by making use of sub-audible frequencies
> below 200 Hz. High-speed 9600 bps FSK also can be transmitted when the
> transponder is not operating for data-intensive experiments and is only
> active when commanded from the ground.

AO-85 Voice recorded

> Hi this is amateur radio satellite Fox-1.

[Supplement]
I tried to test the decoding using the smaller sample wav file as follows.
But I did not hear the sound in the larger sample wav file.
