FO-29 Satellite PSK Telemetry Analysis Program fo29tlme Ver 5.71 Mineo Wakita JAMSAT member ei7m-wkt@asahi-net.or.jp http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/ fo29tlme.exe was developed by Visual Basic V5.0 for Windows95/98/Me/XP. FO-29 was launched at 17 Aug 1996 from Japan. This 'fo29tlme' program analyze automatically all digital PSK telemetry data from FO-29 such as Current, Voltage, Temperature, etc. In this fo29tlme.zip : fo29tlme.exe .... Program fo29tlme.txt .... Help text sample1.txt ..... Sample text 98/06/04 15:05 sample2.txt ..... Sample text 98/06/04 15:11 sample3.txt ..... Sample text 99/06/18 09:10 comdlg32.ocx .... C:\Windows\System32 directory 140Kb 99/05/07 00:00 olepro32.dll .... C:\Windows\System32 directory 106Kb 01/08/28 21:00 Vb40032.dll was necessary in C:\Windows\System32 for the Version 5.61. But this dll file is not necessary for the Version 5.71. This 'fo29tlme' contain comdlg32.ocx and olepro32.dll. If you have the old time stamp of these files in your PC, then replace these files into C:\Windows\System32. You must edit your received data from the satellite FO-29. The following sample1.txt was the data I got 06:45z, 16 Mar 1998. This sample contains one group data ie, two frames data. One line is 31bytes ie, 2*10+9+2. So, 6 lines are 186bytes ie, 31*6. 9C 03 63 08 01 5B 00 01 00 00 00 00 30 F7 00 7A 5F 92 90 B0 AB 52 A8 01 83 88 8B 8C 8D 8D D5 02 00 0A 20 00 C8 40 00 00 A1 A5 D3 58 35 AD B2 8B 85 88 00 00 00 83 8B B3 F7 00 00 00 You can analyze max 20 groups data ie, 40 frames data. And you can decode automatically all digital telemetry data, and save, print, make a graph of all data. Refer to sample3.txt above. First, you must edit your received PSK chatacters auch as the sample which from sample1.txt to sample3.txt Second, you must push "Datafile Selection" button in 'fo29tlme', and select the editted your text file. Then, you will get the analyzed many data in the box in 'fo29tlme'.
