I had captured a CCD image file "kbiw00f0.ccd" from KO-25
on 08:04UTC 11 Jul 1997.

This image file had 512*500*8_RGB, 256778_bytes.

I tested to show this image file with CCDDSP97.EXE both
version 1.00 and 1.19 by the following process.

CCD Display 97 - File - Open CCD - kbiw00f0.ccd - Open

In case of CCDDSP97 ver1.00:

        CCD Image Information KO-25 Image
        Recorded on Thu Jun 19 03:12:11 1997
        8.5 Degrees North Latitude
        35.8 Degrees East Longitude
100 Deg West and 325 kilometres
        from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

In case of CCDDSP97 ver1.19:

        CCD Image Information KO-25 Image
        Recorded on Thu Jun 19 03:12:11 1997
        WARNING!!! This image was captured
over 12 months ago. The positional data
        has been negated.

Well, I could see the help file 'ccdsp97.hlp' in CCDDSP97 ver1.19
only after copying into C:/windows directory by hand.

Subject: [jamsat-amsat-bb:31496] Update to CCD Display 97 Problem

After this morning's UO-36 pass, I noticed that if I right-click on a
downloaded file, and click "Info," I get the following (actual D/L file):

    File Number 2fc9
    From
    To
    Title
    Keywords Seoul, S. Korea
    Uploaded at 035300 31 Mar 2000
    Filetype 211 Image File
    Filename UT31A70D.IMT
    Filesize 65649
    File Status
    % Complete --
    Compressed by Uncompressed
    DL Count 0
    Uploader
This file expired on 0000 01 Jan 1970

Huh, what's that last line mean. Something cannot expire before it's
created. Is there a problem with the software recognizing UO-36 files or is
there some type of Y2K (man, I'm tired of hearing that as the next person)
issue?

I've resorted to saving my downloaded thumbnails to a seperate directory so
I can hold on to them.

Tnx es 73,

Joel,
In answer to your queries and for the benefit of amsat-bb readers.

CCD Display 97 is Y2K compliant.
CCD Display 97 DOES NOT display UO-36 files.
CCD Display 2000 is required. Currently BETA only.

This concerns me. I will check that out.

I will forward you a BETA copy of CCD Display 2000.
I hope to release that within the next few weeks, when I am confident
it is BUG FREE.

I am using also the Catalogue Number 26548 Kep for TiungSat-1.
It isn't 26545 in AMSAT-NA Keps. When I receive the Keplerian
elements before I use them to update the database I delete
the element set for TIUNGSAT-1 (26545) and then I edit
SAUDISAT-1A (26548) to be TIUNGSAT as follows.

TIUNGSAT-1
1 26548U 00057D 00314.73755206 .00005423 00000-0 80913-3 0 214

I downloaded at 12 Nov. two images 'TG203400.IMT' & 'TG003500.IMT'
with WiSP32 using this Kep, 437.325MHz, 9600bps FSK, broadcast
callsign:MYSAT3-11, BBS callsign:MYSAT3-12.

Both images was displayed correctly with the following program,
and the next messages were poped up.

Since this above program is still developping, we can't be available
that accomplished program 'CCD Display 2000' for a while.
