AO-40 RUDAK with WiSP
I could decode today AO-40 RUDAK-A with WiSP32.
I observed today AO-40 RUDAK with 2401.709MHz and 2401.829MHz.
I think that "RUDAK-A: 2401.747MHz" and "RUDAK-B: 2401.867MHz",
as the doppler shift is generated 38kHz then.

- MSPE Settings - Log Kiss frames -Check
Log telemetry frames - Check
I, JE9PEL / Mineo Wakita, reported on Oct-8 that I could
monitor AO-40 RUDAK signals on WiSP(MSPE) and decode with
WiSP(GSC) and KISS2ASC program.
And the following data was reported by JH0JMA / Hideo Iwashita,
on Oct-15. He said that Tx was run.
