AO-40, RUDAK open

I received today AO-40 RUDAK 9600bps(FSK) signals, and saved it
as 64Kbytes KISS file with WiSP program, and analyzed it with
kiss2asc program.

I observed AO-40 RUDAK signals from 00:02:00 to 01:05:00UTC,
then 2401.7790 - 2401.7439MHz.
I think RUDAK is transmitting at 2401.7400MHz(+/- doppler).

The following is a converted some data from WiSP KISS file to

I saved the above KISS file with WiSP without setting "Broadcast
Callsign". I noticed the callsign was "RUDAKA-1" after converting,
and so if the setup of "Broadcast Callsign" in WiSP (GSC) is
"RUDAKA-1", then the FSK signals will be decoded in MSPE window.

This following 2401.747MHz of AO-40 RUDAK-A is the same result
in my yesterday's observation.
