英語版ではagainが付いているので、「またトイレ掃除か？」みたいな意味合いに。

ミヌキ
オドロキさんの仕事は、
“みぬきのつきそい”ですよ。
Trucy
This IS the job, Polly! You're supposed
to keep me company today!

みぬきが王泥喜のことを「Polly」と呼ぶのは逆転裁判4からのまま。
Apolloと呼ぶ時も。

ミヌキ
ここは九尾村（きゅうびむら）。
妖怪ブームで話題の村です。
オドロキ
妖怪‥‥そういえば‥‥
それっぽいのがあるね。
Trucy
This is Nine-Tails Vale. Everyone been
talking about the yokai craze here.
Apollo
Yokai? Oh, you mean Japanese monsters?
Guess that explains all these weird things...

妖怪はそのまんまYokai、日本の妖怪ブームという扱いで、この先も登場する妖怪はほとんどがローマ字表記。

ミヌキ
妖怪ブームに便乗して、パパと
オドロキさんでコンビを結成！
赤鬼青鬼コンビってのは
どうでしょう？

Let's jump on board the monster craze! You
and daddy would be a perfect comedy duo!
You could call yourselves Agni & Rudra,
Demon Kings of Comedy!

Agni（アグニ）とRudra（ルドラ）は妖怪ではなく、インド神話。

ミヌキ
オドロキさんの声が大きいから、
ゆめみちゃん怖がってますよ！
Trucy
Tone down your Chord of Steel, Apollo.
You're scaring her out of her wits!

Apolloの代名詞「Chord of Steel」が登場。

ミヌキ
わあ。綺麗な花だね。
花びらがいっぱい！
Trucy
Wow, what a beautiful flower. And with
exactly nine petals, too!

九尾草の花の花びらが9枚であることを説明してくれている。

鬼の弁護士さんが、
お父さんを助けてくれるんですか？
オドロキ
うん。それがオレの仕事だし。

英語版では、（それに、しばらくトイレ掃除はしたくないし！）という心の声が。

I skipped a few grades while I was an
exchange student in Europe.
And I got my license to practice law while
I was over there.

英語版はアメリカが舞台のため、日本版の心音の設定は変更されて、「飛び級でヨーロッパの交換留学生となり、現地で弁護士資格も取った」ということになっている。

Apollo
Right... Well, let's see what it says here...

Mein Gott! You don't actually think it was a
supernatural murder, do you?
Apollo
Ha ha ha, n-no, of course not.
(Now German? Why not plain old English?)

上は天魔太郎のことが書かれた新聞記事について、ApolloとAthenaが会話しているシーン。
Athenaが時々英語以外の言葉を使っているので、Apolloが会話の最中に、（なんでスペイン語？）とか、（今度はドイツ語？）など、日本版にはない心のツッコミを入れている。
「Rapido！」はスペイン語で「早く！」の意味。
「Mein Gott！」はドイツ語で、「なんてこと！」の意味。英語だと(Oh) My God!。

へへへ。弁護士かあ。どうりで、
高そうな腕輪してらあ。へへ。
Filch
Eh heh heh. Shoulda reckoned what with that
expensive-looking bracelet ya got there.

日本版でも東北系のなまりがあった銭洗熊兵衛、英語版はやたらと「ya」を挟んだり、「should have」が「shoulda」になったり、「meet you」が「meetcha」になったり、くだけた口調になっている。

ホッカホカのカツ丼が待ってるぞ！

Now, come quietly or else! I don't want to be
late for lunch!

番刑事初登場シーン。
「カツ丼が待ってるぞ！」は、英語版では「早く来たまえ！　昼食に遅れたくないのでね！」
「HQ」は「headquarters」、本部とか司令室の意味。ここでは警察署のこと。
口癖の「ジャスティス！」は「In justice we trust！」になった。
警察手帳もアメリカの横長仕様に変化。

正規の手続きで、許可を
取らないとダメか‥‥。
バン
“正義”の手続き‥‥だと？
調査は“正義の手続き”だと、
そう言いたいのかッ！
Apollo
Look, there's just us and you here, right?
Fulbright
Justice and me, you say?
Are you trying to say that justice and I
aren't enough to keep you out?!

このシーンは英語版でも「『正義』と聞き間違える」展開。
Apollo「うーん、ここにはオレたちとあなたしかいないか‥‥」
Fulbright「正義とジブン、そう言ったのかね！？」
と、「just us」を「Justice」に聞き間違える。

Nous allons commencer! Let's get started!

九尾の間調査前、日本版だとLet' do this!のシーン。
「Nous allons commencer！」はフランス語で「始めましょう！」の意味。

オドロキ
地獄の鬼が使う、武器じゃないかな。
絵本で見たことあるような気がする。
Apollo
Looks like something a demon might use.
Saw something like that in a manga once.

九尾の間で壁にかけられた武器を調べた時のコメント。
英語版だと「漫画で見たことがあるような気がする。」

ココネ
だめですよ、もっと驚かないと！
名前に負けちゃいます！
オドロキ
何と勝負してるんだオレは。
Athena
You're no fun at all! At least act surprised or
grossed out or something for my first case!
Apollo
I'm already a lawyer. You want me to be

「九尾と天魔の置物」発見時に血を見て驚かない王泥喜への心音のコメント。
日本版だと「オドロキ」という名字に引っ掛けているのだが、英語版だと、
Athena「わたしの最初の事件なんですから、もっとびっくりしたり、怒ったりしてください！」
Apollo「オレはもう弁護士やってるし、きみまで（みぬきちゃんのように）オレに芸を期待しないでくれないか？」

another to cure my lactose intolerance.

(Maybe she should just stick to soy milk.)

英語版ではやたら乳製品ばかり買っているJinxie、最後に買ったものは「乳糖不耐症（乳糖を消化する酵素が少ないため、牛乳でお腹を壊す症状）が治るオフダ」。
思わずApolloは「豆乳製品を買ったらいいのに」とツッコミ。

ビヨウイン
それは、私のオリジナルブランド、
“アイアムビヨウイン”の香り。
L'Belle
It's from my OWN original brand of cosmetics
called "Je suis L'Belle!"

英語版ビヨウインことL'Belleは、強調したい単語が大文字表記になるのが特徴。
ちなみにブランド名の「Je suis L'Belle！」は、最後の「！」までがブランド名。
フランス語で「私は美しい！」の意味。
Filch（クマベエ）のことは、「Filchy」と愛称で呼んでいる。
