Experimental model No.7 of single gyro rebuilt with new parts

I described about the mechanism and construction of gyro monorail, and this article appears in TMS No.808 and 809.
TMS is the greatest Japanese magazine for Railway model.


Kozo Hiraoka's original locomotives

I visited to Mr. Kozo Hiraoka's house in Hachiouji, Tokyo in 16th April. He is the greatest live steamer in the world.
His 3/4inch scale locomotives, Shay, Climax, Heisler and Pennsylvania 0-4-0T has been repainted. they are very beautiful and elegant.


JAM Convention in Tokyo 2010

Last special open day

The 10th special open day was carried out 24th April, it was the last in this Bentengaoka Line because of the move


About twenty modelers came from east or west of Japan, and spent the nice time.


Mr. Wada's scratch built Heisler with oscillating engine, Mr. Inoue's vertical boiler loco, Mr. Hoshino's clockwork O gauge train, and Mr. Koike's N gauge propeller car.

Bentengaoka Short Line (this garden railway) will be stopped the service and removed in next month.


New house under construction

In new estate of Akubi L.R., the construction of house continues and the stationmaster inspects the works.


Stationmaster Pascal

Stationmaster Pascal, 4 years old male Sheltie, is weak on heat summer day. So he is looking to next estate and cool garden.
