7/8 scale Baldrig


After building the conversion kit from 16mm scale Edlig into 7/8inch scale Baldrig, the boiler and body were painted orange.

Koppel repainted


No.15 loco Koppel was repainted. The photos show before and after repainting respectively.


Polyurethane paint was used in this time to obtain the gloss and the durability.


After lining of 2mm width tape and lettering, clear polyurethane was sprayed.

This is the Japanese locomotive 8550 by Aster, and I decided to repaint it too.

Letter from France


I received the photos from Mr.Lemeret in France. It is nice scene of his garden railway.
He is a collector of Railway Uniform Cap, and he wants to exchange his French Railway Cap for the other country's one.

Shay completed after two years construction by my friend Mr. Kiuch and Mr. Sato.

Special Open Day


The 6th Special Open Day carried out at May 17, many livesteamers and modeler came to Akubi L.R. Bentengaoka S.L..

Right and left sides view of Shay, the length is 1100mm, the width is 320mm, height is 500mm, and weight is about 60kg.
