2019 Spring Time has come
Spring  has come to the highland when Mugikusa pass was re-opened to traffic.
It was at 10:00am on April 18,2019.   The pass on Route 299 was closed in winter.               
          Lake Shirakomaike at mountain top was covered ice and snow.
In April 2020,the ceremony was canceled by the reason of Covid-19 pandemic
