裁判中も裁判後も。
昭和６３年(1988)７月東海大学医学部付属病院（総長 松前達郎・
神奈川県伊勢原市・東京法律センター 千代田区紀尾井町３033262
3161 弁護士 松崎勝一・弁護士 石井正行）一般外科医師 安田聖栄
とその他の医師は大腸のレントゲン後に殺人を謀りました。（現在で
は昭和５６年(1981)頃からの計画殺人行為）「軽い潰瘍がある」と言っ
て、十二指腸の細胞を２度に渡り３回づつ採取しました。採られた感じ
から同じ場所です。「ぷつ」と言う感じで体に響きます。投薬は一度目
は２週間後、「２度目は治りました」と言って十二指腸潰瘍の投薬はあ
りませんでした。（放置するとそこの潰瘍が進行し、機能不全や出血が
起こり貧血で倒れたりする。痛みを伴わない。死に至る事も考えられま
す。）
また、診断の根拠も検査入院時の大腸の内視鏡の入院カルテのみでした。
そのカルテ通し番号の訂正や過去の資料欄の箇所で記載の間違いがあり
ました。学校法人東海大学・医学部付属病院は全面否認しました。
東海大学医学部付属病院は付属の学校などと共に学校法人 東海大学
に（渋谷区）に登記してありました。
東京地裁民事一部平成８年 第7544 より 江見弘武
裁判中は警察に届け出ている。公判中連続殺人行為・医療妨害。
東海大学付属病院連続殺人未遂事件の弁護士が背任。
原告側における新宿法律事務所の弁護士 横山康博・川上詩朗の両弁
護士はこの事件における裁判に於いて背任をしました。事実や被害者の
意見を主張しませんでした。彼らは大腸内視鏡検査のカルテに於いて、
診断の判断を争うのみで敗訴に追いやりました。
私は裁判を中止し、弁護士を解任しました。連続殺人行為・医療妨害中。
弁護士 川上詩朗からは一度電子メール（抗議書）が届きました。
わたくし側から折り返し電話をしましたが、その後連絡はありません。
わたくしは御金を返すよう電子メールで連絡もしました。無視されてい
ます。

インダストリー インクの子会社 ）は、私に無断で郵便局の簡易保険に
加入しました。その証券番号は、１９９５年１２月２７日 赤坂郵便局
発行 番号 01-40-6460848。
この時に日本生命の生命保険（会社で医師と問診）に会社が加入し、私
事で会社に出入りしていた住友生命の個人生命保険に勧誘され加入した。
会社側は２つの生命保険を私に掛けました。

ハーマン インターナショナル 名古屋は私を不当解雇しました。
名目はリストラ。山岸課長はトランスについて言いました。そしてトラン
スの設計を依頼しました。それは「トランスのコアの大きさを変えずに、
２次側（出力側）のタップを切り換えるだけで、出力を当初の１．５倍で
使用してください。」私は言いました。「それは作れません（仕様が書け
ない。メーカーに渡すものだから。）」「理由は出力を得るならばコアの
大きさを大きくしなければなりません。」承諾しなかったその後解雇され
ました。トランスを測る為の可変抵抗器が置いて無かったり、アンプ出力
から測定しようと測定をしていれば温度計を持って行かれたりもした。
しかし、朝一から測定しているためデータは予想道理であった。
山岸課長が用意したケンウッドの音響アンプは２次側にタップが切って
あり、真似ろと言う感じではあった。しかし、そのアンプ(KR-V888D)は
測定中にトランスのヒューズが切れました。
